OSMANI RODRIGUEZ is an award-winning actor recognized for his standout work in major film and television productions. He is best known for his role as "The Pharmacist" in the 2024 Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe Award-winning film THE HOLDOVERS (2024), where he worked alongside Paul Giamatti and Dominic Sessa under the direction of Academy Award-winning director and filmmaker, Alexander Payne. Osmani also delivered a comedic and dramatic recurring performance as "Detective Parker" in Seasons 1 and 2 of AMC’s KEVIN CAN F*** HIMSELF**, acting opposite Annie Murphy and Eric Petersen. Additional film credits include his role as "Principal Rodriguez" in the feature, SEX TAPE starring Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel.

 

Some other film work includes, UNFINISHED BUSINESS alongside Vince Vaughn and Sienna Miller. He has also shared the screen with legends such as Christopher Walken, Morgan Freeman, William H. Macy, and Marcia Gay Harden in THE MAIDEN HEIST, as "Carlos", and alongside John Travolta and Christopher Plummer in THE FORGER, a memorable collaboration.

Most recently, Osmani had the distinct honor of collaborating in a supporting role with legendary director James L. Brooks, Academy Award-nominated actor Woody Harrelson, and iconic costume designer Ann Roth on the 2025 feature film, ELLA McCAY.

An American/Spanish actor and classically trained tenor/baritone originally from Cuba, Osmani is fluent in both English and Spanish and is also of Italian and Lebanese heritage. His work also extends across 9 National TV Commercial campaigns, including a principal role in an American Express commercial working personally with Martin Scorsese and Tina Fey.

Some of Osmani’s THEATER experience includes leading roles such as Nicky Arnstein in Funny Girl, Mr. Fagin in Oliver, Max in Lend Me a Tenor, and the title role of "Ebenezer Scrooge" in Scrooge, The Musical.
